Graduate students: The Liu lab is recruiting 1-2 graduate students (M.Sc. or Ph.D.). Candidates are expected to have B.Sc or M.Sc. degrees in biology, physics, engineering, biophysics or other biomedical sciences related fields. Previous experience in neuroscience is preferred, but not required. If you are interested, please apply to the Department of Cell & Systems Biology at the University of Toronto. Prospective Postdoctoral Fellows: The Liu lab has one open position for a Postdoctoral Fellow. Candidates should have a strong track record of training and research in Systems Neurobiology, Experimental Psychology, Biomedical Engineering or Neurophysiology. Expertise in electrophysiology, functional imaging, neural circuit tracing, and Single-cell RNA sequencing is an asset. Potential candidates should contact Dr. Liu directly.
Undergraduate Students: The Liu lab provides a number of research training opportunities to undergraduate students.
